We serve residents of Jefferson and Shelby County Alabama who are 50 and older
Where can CamTon Transport take me to?
You can request transportation to any NON EMERGENCY medical appointment including but not limited to: primary care appointments, dental appointments, mental health treatment, dialysis, radiation treatment, trips to the pharmacy and more! Additionally, CamTon Transport provides transportation to places of employment, grocery stores and personal/non-medical appointments.

Will the driver make extra stops during my ride?
In order to stay on schedule and respect each passenger's time drivers CAN NOT make additional stops UNLESS already requested when ride was scheduled. Additional Stops are subject to fees and time limitations.
What happens if I have a medical emergency during my ride?
Drivers and staff of CamTon Transport will call 911 in case of all medical or non-medical emergencies and the emergency contact on file will be contacted.
What kind of payment does CamTon Transport accept for services?
We accept credit/debit cards (fees apply), PayPal and Cash

Does CamTon Transport provide wheelchair or stretcher transportation services?
Yes, we have a wheelchair accessible vehicle and if needed a wheelchair can be provided to passengers for an additional fee.
How does CamTon Transport help prevent the spread of COVID-19?
CamTon Transport mandates that ALL passengers and drivers must wear a mask over their mouth and nose during transportation. Passengers are limited to one per ride (unless in same household). Vehicles are cleaned and sanitized between each passenger.
